1. From what materials are your products made?

We use only the authentic materials our founder, Jacob Bromwell, used, such as tin and stainless steel. Sure, there are updated materials that could be used, but America's frontiersmen wouldn't have it any other way, and neither should you!

2. What are the benefits of using products made from tin?

Believe it or not, tin benefits us in the following ways:  it supports hair growth, enhances reflexes, helps decrease depression and fatigue, provides an increase in positive mood and general well-being, supports an increase in energy, aids with skin and digestion problems, and helps decrease headaches, asthma, and insomnia.  It is also completely food safe and FDA approved.

3. How do I properly clean my product?

Our products are made with authentic materials, such as tin and stainless steel, and proper care is essential so that they last for generations. Never place your Jacob Bromwell products in the dishwasher, and always wash them with soap and warm water. Steel wool may also be used to remove heavier rust spots from your product.

4. Where are your products made?

Our products are made in the heartland of America at our manufacturing plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

5. Is it true that tin stays sharper longer than stainless steel?

Yes. Although stainless steel stays sharp for quite a while, tin actually gets sharper each time it is used for some tasks. This is most noticeable on our cheese graters.

6. Where may I receive instructions for my product?

Currently, we offer a free recipe and instruction manual for our Original Popcorn Popper, Healthy Popcorn Popper, and Signature Chestnut Roaster. These items are included with each product.  For additional copies, please call our sales department at 1-800-683-2626 ext. 1.

7. Are Jacob Bromwell products antiques?

By definition, an antique is an old collectible item. Although our items have an old-fashioneed look and feel, all Jacob Bromwell products are brand new. Many of our customers think of our products as a “brand new antiques.”
