Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and patina developed through years of use
• Vintage or antique Bromwell pieces, which may show the natural character of age
• Items purchased through unauthorized sellers or non-retail third parties
• Improper use, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions
• Products damaged through accidents or external events
• Dissatisfaction based purely on personal preference regarding functionality, features, or aesthetics
