Returns & Exchanges
Every Jacob Bromwell product is backed by our iron clad, 100% Lifetime Guarantee. Whether you made your purchase online or from a store, you may return your product for an exchange through Jacob Bromwell, Inc. Additionally, if you purchased your Jacob Bromwell item from JacobBromwell.com, you may choose to receive a complete refund.
In the instance that the cause of the return or exchange from JacobBromwell.com is the result of our error (ie. you received an incorrect or defective product), we will cover both the delivery and the return shipping cost for the mistaken item. Otherwise, we ask that you pay the cost associated with shipping the returned item back to us, and - if requested - the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. Return information and instructions are detailed below. If you prefer, simply give us a call at 1-800-683-2626 and we will help you with the return personally.
To Make a Return or Exchange by Mail
Along with the item you would like to return, please include a copy of your receipt, invoice, or confirmation email, or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, When Purchase Was Made, From Where Purchase Was Made, Purchase Price of Item(s), Order Number, and Reason for Return.
If you purchased your item on JacobBromwell.com and no longer have your order number, you may either email us the above information (service@jacobbromwell.com) or provide it to us over the phone (800-683-2626). Once you provide us with this information, we will be able to look-up your order number.
If you want to return an item that was given to you as a gift and you don't have a copy of the receipt, invoice, or above information, you can still return it to us; however, you will first need to either get the order number from the person who purchased the gift for you or provide us with the name of the purchaser.
Receiving a Refund
You will be refunded the price you paid for the product once we receive and process your return. Please note that we do not refund the delivery and return shipping cost for the item unless the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective product). You can expect your refund within two weeks of mailing your package (though in many cases you will receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes: 3-5 business days for us to receive your return, 2-3 business days for us to process your return, and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request.
If you choose to exchange your item for a more expensive item, you will simply be charged the difference. If you choose to exchange your item for a less expensive item, we will refund you the difference in price. Also, when conducting an exchange, we ask that you return your product to us, and once we receive it, we will then process the exchange and send you your new product.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. If you do not receive the refund within two weeks, please contact us for help via email at service@jacobbromwell.com or via phone at 1-800-683-2626. We are always happy to help you.
