In accordance with this guarantee, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on brand new and unused merchandise. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used merchandise, merchandise that is missing its original packaging, and merchandise that has been customized or personalized.
In the instance that the cause of the return or exchange from JacobBromwell.com is the result of our error (ie. you received an incorrect or defective product), we will cover both the delivery and the return shipping cost for the mistaken item. Otherwise, we require that customers pay the cost associated with shipping the returned item back to us, as well as the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

How To Make a Return or Exchange
Please be sure to ship your item along with the following: (1) a copy of your original receipt, invoice, or confirmation email, (2) your full name, telephone number, email address, and shipping address, and (3) a note telling us if you would like to return or exchange your item.

Please understand that products shipped to any other address will not be received and processed by our team.
Receiving a Refund or Exchange
You will be refunded the price you paid for the product once we receive and process your return. You can expect your refund within two weeks of mailing in your package (though in many cases you will receive the refund sooner). This time period includes: 3-5 business days for us to receive your return, 3-5 business days for us to process your return, and 2-3 business days for your bank to process the refund request.
If you choose to exchange your item for a more expensive item, you will simply be charged the difference. If you choose to exchange your item for a less expensive item, we will refund you the difference in price..
