Old Fashioned Tea Kettle
"Hand-tooled and plain gorgeous." — Calder Clark Designs
As functional as it is attractive, our Old Fashioned Tea Kettle is handcrafted from pure copper, and is ideal for heating water for coffee, tea, or cocoa. A true collector's item you can actually use, it's made the same way it was hundreds of years ago. Pioneers carried them in their covered wagons, so they could savor a hot drink to wake up in the morning, or relax in the evening after exploring the unsettled West. Just be sure to use a kitchen glove when lifting by the handle, as the copper will be hotter than you might ever imagine!
PRODUCTION & DESIGN: Various tools used to build the tea kettles at our workshop.

Steaming Hot Tid Bits About Your Old Fashioned Tea Kettle:
- This product is 100% handmade to order by the folks at Bromwell and available exclusively on JacobBromwell.com - not sold in stores!
- Copper is sky-high on the commodities market today, and there are up to five American workers involved in the creation of this copper masterpiece. Every step in our unique manufacturing process is still done by hand. It's a passion our company is unwilling to give up. See how it's made here at our Factory Tour!
- Both decorative and functional, this is identical to the early American tea pot and holds approximately 6 cups (36 ounces).
- Works great for heating water fast due to its large bottom surface area.
- Made of pure, solid copper and hot-tinned on the inside using historically-correct techniques for corrosion resistance and FDA approval.
- Copper is resistant to corrosion and will never rust. If left untreated, the copper finish will naturally oxidize and age beautifully. You can polish it up to restore its shiny finish, or let it earn a beautiful patina.
- Some imperfections may occur and are a natural part of the hand-made process.
- Dimensions: 7.5 x 7 x 4.25 (in inches)
- Backed by our 100% Lifetime Guarantee, so you can buy with confidence.
- Still Made in the USA, even after all these years.

Samantha
My sisters and I grew up on a farm, and we've been looking for a tea kettle just like this one. The only complaint I have (very, very, very minor complaint) is that it doesn't whistle!
