Memories of My Youth
As I was going through the website, I came across your campfire popcorn popper. I was instantly struck by the fact that it looked exactly how I remember the popcorn popper my father used to use in the fireplace when I was growing up. I started reminiscing about my youth and the great fun we had popping the popcorn and having some real nice family time. That fireplace popcorn popper my family used for my entire childhood never broke or had to be replaced. It would be still in use today if I had the foresight to take it when my parents sold their house.

Still Works Like a Charm
Thanks so much for your quick reply! That’s good customer service! I just “stole” my mom’s Bromwell’s 5-cup sifter from her (she’s 80 and doesn’t cook or bake anymore; she told me I could have it!) and it still works like a charm. It’s been around her house as long as I can remember! I’ve had a 3-cup one for approximately 43 years! What prompted me to check to see if you all were still even in business was because I was at my daughter’s over Christmas and she has a brand new sifter where you squeeze the handle, and it has several screens, and it was AWFUL! She’s left-handed, so when I saw I could get a left-handed one I was really excited!

My Bromwell Sifter is a Real Blessing
My Bromwell Sifter is a real blessing. It not only sifts quickly without straining my hand or wrist, it also mixes while it sifts. The mixing is essential for blending all the spices evenly throughout the flours. My Sifter has efficiently sifted nine to 15 cups of dry ingredients almost every week since 1978. That's between 15,000 and 25,000 cups of dry ingredients. Just recently, a wire in the sieve broke. When I called Jacob Bromwell about obtaining a replacement, they said that the sifter had a lifetime warrantee and replaced my old sifter without cost. WOW! What a sifter! What a warrantee! It's Made in United State of America. What a winner!

I Could Never Find This

I Use Your Pyramid Toaster Almost Daily
I bought a new pyramid toaster this year when our old one became worn out. The first one we bought in 1999 when we moved to our off-the-grid homestead. I use your pyramid toaster almost daily. You can use it camping, on a gas or wood stove, not sure about an electric one. It is great for power outages. So you might want to keep one on hand for emergencies. We love it and find it easy to use as long as you don't wander away when toasting with it!

Jacob Bromwell is one of those rare companies that still makes the same good familiar products that were used in American kitchens generations ago, and still makes them in the USA. The sifters, graters, colanders, and other items are all basic, traditional designs that many will remember from their youth. Best of all, they respond instantly to customer questions. JB products may cost a little more, but you can be sure they will last for decades because, well, many of them HAVE lasted for decades!
