Wholesale Information

Jacob Bromwell offers a variety of unique, hard-to-find products at wholesale pricing to verified resellers.  If you are interested in setting up a wholesale account, the details below will answer many of your questions.  Of course, if you'd prefer to speak with us directly, feel free to call 1-800-683-2626 and we will be happy to help you personally.

Initial Orders

The minimum opening order is 6 units per SKU.  We generally only accept credit cards for initial orders, but extend terms thereafter.  Orders can be faxed to 480-609-7437 or emailed to sales@jacobbromwell.com

Replenishment Orders

The minimum on re-orders is 6 units per SKUs.  2/10 Net 30 payment terms can be established.  Orders can be faxed to 480-609-7437 or emailed to sales@jacobbromwell.com

Payment Options

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  We will only keep credit card information on file if you prefer.

Shipping

Unless specified, most wholesale orders are shipped via UPS Ground.  Shipping prices are based on a combination of weight and distance.  We can also ship via USPS and FedEx if you prefer.

Returns

If, for any reason, you need to make a return, please give us a call at 1-800-683-2626 and we will help you right away.  Our customer service motto is, "If you're not happy, we're not happy."

Additional Wholesale Terms

Orders are normally shipped 1-3 business days after an order is placed.  We always make our best effort to ship orders as soon as possible.  Shipping expenses are paid by the buyer and charged at true cost.
