Celebrate National Coffee Day Everyday with Jacob Bromwell

There's nothing else like the aroma and taste of a freshly made cup of coffee in the morning, or any time of the day. Today is National Coffee Day, a day we celebrate the drink that gets our engine humming in the morning. As it turns out, coffee's roots in America date back to 1670. That's when Bostonian Dorothy Jones was granted a license to sell coffee, and became America's first coffee trader. By 1688, coffee was the breakfast beverage of choice in New York City, replacing beer.   Today, Americans are the world’s biggest consumer of the caffeinated beverage and the average person drinks three cups daily. And today, Jacob Bromwell is proud to make the Lewis & Clark Coffee Pot, a glorious copper kettle that holds seven cups of your favorite java. My coffee pot is handcrafted from pure copper and hasn’t changed since we first started making it in 1819. It promises to bring a touch of early Americana to your kitchen and dining room table and like all of my products, it’s proudly make here in the USA.   So have an extra cup today and raise it to the drink that may not have originated from the U.S., but has surely won over the hearts of Americans everywhere!
