Thank you for your interest in adding Jacob Bromwell® to your retail assortment. Becoming an authorized Jacob Bromwell® reseller is a selective process. We believe that our success in selling our products at wholesale pricing is directly tied to the caliber of each individual retailer. We are looking for a strong fit - and we know our retailers are, too.
In order to protect the interests of our existing wholesale customers, the following policies are strictly enforced. If you are interested in opening an account with us, please carefully read the details below to learn more about our terms and conditions.
To establish a new account with Jacob Bromwell®, a minimum wholesale order amount of $500 must be reached. Buyers can "mix and match" styles and SKUs to reach the order minimum. Drop ship agreements may be arranged on a case-by-case basis with management approval.
Net 30 payment terms from date of invoice on approved credit applications. We do not accept personal checks or C.O.D. as valid payment options.
FOB our plant and always charged at true cost (shipping prices are based on a combination of weight, dimensions, and distance). All orders ship via UPS, and are billed to our account and added to invoice, unless otherwise specified by customer.
Our wholesale prices, terms, and conditions are effective immediately, non-negotiable, and subject to change without prior notice. We do not offer products on consignment, price reductions, early pay discounts, advertising allowances and rebates, and/or prepaid freight. Due to the high cost of our products, free product samples are not available. Parties interested in product samples will be charged the wholesale price for each unit plus applicable shipping charges.
