The Henry: A Proper Drinking Set for the Road
Some things are simply better with a little ceremony.
A good pour. A weekend away. A fire at the end of a long day. The kind of moments that deserve something more considered than an ordinary flask pulled from a pocket.
That idea is at the heart of The Henry, one of the most distinctive drinking sets from Jacob Bromwell®.
At its center is our solid-copper Model Two Flask, a slightly shorter, wider interpretation of the traditional flask form. Its warm copper body develops character with use, while an attached copper chain keeps the cap exactly where it belongs.
But The Henry was designed to be more than a flask.
Each one is housed inside a hand-dyed and oiled cognac leather carrying case, finished with contrasting stitching and built to hold a pair of removable Bullet Shot Glasses alongside the flask itself.
Together, the three pieces turn a simple drink into something meant to be shared.
Built for the Moments Worth Remembering
There is an intentional ruggedness to The Henry.
It belongs beside a campfire. At the tailgate. In the cabin. On a fishing trip. Packed into the car for a weekend when the destination matters less than the people coming along.
Yet the materials and details give it a refinement that feels equally appropriate when the occasion calls for something more elevated.
That tension—rugged yet refined—is what makes The Henry distinctly Jacob Bromwell.
It isn't designed to disappear into the background. It's the sort of object that gets passed around, talked about, and eventually carries a history of its own.
Copper, Leather, and Time
We have always believed the best objects get better as they age.
Copper changes. Leather softens. Surfaces develop marks from the places they've been and the hands that have carried them.
The Henry was designed with that evolution in mind.
Rather than trying to remain pristine forever, it is meant to develop a patina unique to its owner—a record of weekends, celebrations, travels, and pours shared along the way.
Years from now, a well-used Henry should look different than it did on the day it arrived.
That's the point.
A Drinking Set Made to Be Shared
The inclusion of two Bullet Shot Glasses changes the character of the traditional flask entirely.
A flask is usually personal.
The Henry makes it communal.
Open the leather case, remove the two cups, pour, and pass one across.
It's a small ritual, but those small rituals have a way of becoming traditions.
And ultimately, that is what The Henry was made for: not simply carrying a drink, but becoming part of the moments worth remembering.
