RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Jacob Bromwell® proudly stands behind the quality of workmanship, craftsmanship, and materials in every product we ship. We do not accept returns or exchanges on damaged products caused by animal damage, chemical damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third party shipping companies, custom-engraved flasks, made-to-order watches, third-party alterations, and/or extreme wear and tear, including excessive wear and tear on vintage and antique Jacob Bromwell® products. Furthermore, excessive wear and tear is not a failure of materials or workmanship; it is simply the natural course of any well-built product. If your Jacob Bromwell® product has served you well but is showing a lifetime of normal use, we hope you’ll consider buying a replacement to last another lifetime.
Eligibility and instructions on how to return or exchange your Jacob Bromwell® product are listed below. Please closely follow all instructions to ensure timely processing by our team.
How to complete a product return
Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted for a refund. Product must be in the original, unused condition. Refunds will not be issued for products that arrive damaged or used.
Returns with Free-Gift-With-Purchase Items: If a product is returned that was accompanied with a Free-Gift-With-Purchase item(s), the Free-Gift-With-Purchase item(s) must also be returned. In the event customer chooses to keep the Free-Gift-With-Purchase item(s), the full retail price of the product(s) will be deducted from the return.
Restocking fees are applicable to orders in the amount of $500 or more, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee and $25 shipping fee.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. You can expect your refund within 5-7 business days after the return has been received and inspected by our warehouse.

How to complete a product exchange
Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. Exchanges received after 30 days will not be accepted for a credit. Product must be in the original, unused condition. Exchanges will not be issued for products that arrive damaged or used.
If you choose to exchange your item for a more expensive item, you will be charged the difference. If you choose to exchange your item for a less expensive item, we will refund you the difference. Any refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges back to Jacob Bromwell® are to be paid for by the buyer and are non-refundable. Any original shipping & handling charges, as well as any applicable sales taxes, are also non-refundable.
You can expect to receive your new exchanged item(s) within 1-2 weeks after your package is received at our warehouse. We look forward to assisting you with your exchange request and hope you enjoy your replacement item(s).
