FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS $200+ USD
All international orders of $200+ USD qualify for free ground shipping. International shipments are subject to duties and import taxes—imposed by the shipping carrier—as well as delays through customs. Such charges and delays are out of our company's control and responsibility. Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship our products to the following countries: Albania, Burma, China, Cote d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Belarus, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Syria, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, and South Sudan.
SHIPPING CARRIERS & RATES
As part of our promise to get you the very best shipping rates possible, Jacob Bromwell® works with UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ship our products worldwide. Our company receives volume discounts from these shipping carriers, which we then pass on to our customers at true cost. Shipping rates are based on a combination of weight, dimensions, and distance.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Jacob Bromwell® ships orders Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. All orders ship from our warehouse in New Lenox, IL the same day or next business day, with the exception of our timepieces which ship from Canada. International orders and domestic orders placed during the holidays may take an additional 2-3 days to process. Custom engraved orders may take 2-3 weeks to process.
ORDER SHIPPING TIMES
Standard ground shipments arrive within 3-5 business days, second day shipments arrive within 2 business days, and next day shipments arrive on the next business day. International shipments arrive within 10-12 days. These are estimates provided to us by our shipping carriers. Jacob Bromwell® is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, including weather challenges and customs clearance.
LUXURY WATCHES
Jacob Bromwell® watches are made-to-order and ship out of our facility in Canada. Watches have a 3-4 week lead time and due to the nature of international shipments may be subject to duties and import taxes—imposed by the shipping carrier—as well as delays through customs. Such charges and delays are out of our company's control and responsibility.
BOURBON
Union Bourbon Whiskey is made in strictly limited, small quantity batches (typically 1 barrel at a time) and is inventoried, sold, and fulfilled by Mash Networks, our partner retailer based in Washington, DC. Someone 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for alcohol orders (packages containing alcohol will not be left on doorsteps). We cannot deliver alcohol to any PO Box addresses. Allow 2-5 days for order processing. Alcohol is shipped to U.S. customers only in nearly all 50 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, South Dakota, and Utah. Flat rate shipping is charged at $19.99 per order and free shipping is offered on 2+ bottles.
WAREHOUSE CLOSURE DAYS
The warehouse is closed during weekends and in observance of the following national holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Orders placed during these days will ship on the next business day.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a follow-up email confirming delivery of your package. If further assistance is needed, please contact our concierge. We look forward to serving you and exceeding your expectations.
