Jacob Bromwell® stands behind every piece we produce—without exception.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment, provided they have not yet entered production. Once an order has entered production or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Please note: Due to the personalized nature of the work, all custom engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our Handmade Promise

Each product is made by hand using traditional methods. Subtle variations in finish, texture, and form are not defects—they are the signature of the craftsman. No two pieces will ever be identical.

What We Cannot Accept

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Custom-engraved items
• Made-to-order pieces
• Products altered by third parties
• Items damaged through misuse, travel, or external handling
• Products showing wear from regular use
• Vintage or antique items with natural aging

Items with verified manufacturing defects may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

A $10 processing and return handling fee applies to each item
10% restocking fee for orders $500 or more

Free Gift Returns

If your order included a free gift with purchase, you must return it as well. Keeping the free gift will result in its full retail price being deducted from your refund.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• With Bromwell Delivery Guarantee™: File a claim by emailing concierge@jacobbromwell.com and be sure to include your Jacob Bromwell® order number.
• Without Bromwell Delivery Guarantee™: Jacob Bromwell® is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
