Our Lifetime Guarantee covers all Jacob Bromwell® products, excluding luxury watches, for the lifetime of the product, failure of workmanship and craftsmanship, failure of materials, and production defects. Simply put, our guarantee ensures that every item you purchase from these collections is world-class and meets your high standards—or you can return it for an exchange or refund. No questions asked. Please note, vintage/antique Jacob Bromwell® products are not eligible for a free replacement. Excessive wear and tear is not a failure of materials or workmanship; it is simply the natural course of any well-built product. If your Jacob Bromwell® product has served you well but is showing a lifetime of normal use, we hope you’ll consider buying a replacement to last another lifetime.

Jacob Bromwell® watches are made-to-order luxury timepieces. Due to the nature of the movements and high quality precision components, our watches carry a 2 Year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
