EXPEDITED SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE
Jacob Bromwell® is pleased to offer ultra low shipping rates on expedited orders and international orders. Our company receives volume discounts from our shipping carriers and has firm policies in place against up-charging shipping rates. Our shipping rates are always charged at true cost by the shipping carrier (we work exclusively with UPS and FedEx) and rates are based on a combination of weight, dimensions, and distance. Please note, additional delivery charges, taxes or duties, and/or brokerage fees on international orders may be imposed by the shipping carrier. Packages that go through customs may be subject to shipping delays and/or charges. Our company cannot control and cannot be held responsible for any delays and charges as a result of customs. We are unable to ship our products to the following carrier-restricted countries: Burma, China, Cote d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Belarus, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Syria, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, and South Sudan.
We work exclusively with UPS and FedEx to ship our products worldwide. We do not work with USPS and DHL as shipping carriers.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Jacob Bromwell® ships orders Monday-Friday, and our shipping staff is not available to ship on weekends or national holiday. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after they are received (allow 2-4 weeks for all custom-engraved items). After your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email with an estimated arrival date and tracking number so you can track your package. We will also send you an email after we receive confirmation that your package has been delivered.
ORDER DELIVERY TIMES
All orders take 1-2 business days to process and ship from our warehouse after they are received. After an order ships from our warehouse, the following delivery times for domestic orders are generally true: Standard ground shipments generally arrive within 3-5 business days, second day shipments generally arrive within 2 business days, and next day shipments generally arrive on the next business day. International shipments typically take an additional 10-12 days to arrive. Please note these are estimates provided to us by our shipping carriers, and that shipping delays can and often do occur. Our company cannot control and cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive within a certain time frame.
WAREHOUSE CLOSURE DAYS
Our shipping staff is not available to ship on weekends. In addition, our warehouse is closed in observance of the following national holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day-After-Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Orders placed during these days will ship on the next business day.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order ships, we will send you an email with an estimated arrival date and tracking number so you can track your package. We will also send you an email after we receive confirmation that your package has been delivered.
