Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Woodridge, Illinois. Most orders leave our facility the same or next business day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs delays. These are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.
We are unable to ship to select countries due to carrier restrictions: Albania, Burma, China, Cote d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Belarus, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Syria, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, and South Sudan.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays. Custom engraved pieces require additional production time (typically 2–3 weeks).

- Ground: 3–5 business days
- 2-Day: 2 business days
- Next Day: 1 business day
- International: 10–12 days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Orders without Route Package Protection are not covered for loss, theft, or damage in transit.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDER
If your order does not have Route Package Protection, Jacob Bromwell® is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping.
ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

WAREHOUSE CLOSURES
Orders placed during weekends or national holidays ship the next business day.
