Our Handmade Promise
Each Jacob Bromwell® product is 100% handmade, which means minor imperfections add charm, depth, and individuality to every piece. We ask our customers to embrace these unique characteristics as part of the Jacob Bromwell® way.
What We Cannot Accept
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Custom-engraved flasks
• Made-to-order watches
• Products with third-party alterations
• Items damaged by animals, chemicals, or mishandling by airlines/shipping companies
• Products showing excessive wear and tear (this is natural use, not a defect)
• Vintage and antique items with normal aging
Note: Products with manufacturing defects beyond minor imperfections may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Returns
Timeframe & Condition
• Must be received within 14 days of delivery date
• Must be in original, unused condition
• Damaged or used products will not be refunded
Fees & Costs
• $10 processing and shipping fee (deducted from refund)
• 10% restocking fee for orders $500 or more
• Non-refundable: Original shipping costs and Route Package Protection
Free Gift Returns
If your order included a free gift with purchase, you must return it as well. Keeping the free gift will result in its full retail price being deducted from your refund.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
• With Route Package Protection: File a claim at claims.route.com using your Jacob Bromwell® order number
• Without Route Package Protection: Jacob Bromwell® is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
