The limited edition Coral offers the natural appeal of copper in rich colors and tones reminiscent of coral species found deep in the Pacific Ocean. The labor intensive build process starts with a Vermonter® flask made of 22 gauge solid copper, with molten, lead-free tin applied to the interior using a lost process that's trade-secret to our company. The artistic patina is then masterfully achieved through a proprietary 3-step process that includes hyper-oxidizing, finishing, and heat treating to "lock it in." The end result is a bespoke Vermonter® flask that is not only perfect for everyday carry, but also a highly collectable status symbol.
