As the ice breaks down, you'll enjoy different notes, thanks to its 6 year age in new charred 53-gallon American oak barrels. Batch 001 is limited to just 210 bottles and is now available for pre-order.

Palate: Baked bread and cherry with notes of roasted pistachio and cherry.
Finish: Toasted caramel with pleasant oak.
Aged: 6 years in new charred 53-gallon American oak barrels.
Proof: Cask strength at 118 proof (59% ABV).
