Our Lifetime Guarantee covers all Jacob Bromwell® products for the lifetime of the product and ensures that every item you purchase from these collections is world-class and meets your high standards—or you can return it for an exchange or refund.

Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:

• normal wear and tear
• vintage and/or antique products, as excessive wear and tear is not a failure of materials or workmanship but simply the natural course of any well-built product (if your Jacob Bromwell® product has served you well but is showing a lifetime of normal use, we hope you’ll consider buying a replacement to last another lifetime)
• items purchased or gifted through a non-retailer third party or items gifted in used condition
• incorrect or inappropriate usage of items, including but not limited to care and maintenance
• products purchased from unathorized retailer
• products involved in an accident resulting in damage or losses
• personal opinion dissatisfaction on functionality, features, or aesthetics
