All international orders of $200+ (USD) now qualify for free ground shipping, with no promotional code required. International shipments are subject to duties and import taxes—imposed by the shipping carrier—as well as delays through customs. Such charges and delays are out of our company's control and responsibility. Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship our products to the following countries: Albania, Burma, China, Cote d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Belarus, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Syria, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, and South Sudan.

ZERO UP-CHARGE POLICY
Our company receives volume discounts from our shipping carriers, which we then pass on to our customers. Shipping rates are always charged at true cost and are based on a combination of weight, dimensions, and distance.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Jacob Bromwell® ships orders Monday-Friday. Our shipping staff is not available to ship on weekends or national holidays. All orders are guaranteed to process and ship from our warehouse in New Lenox, IL the same day or next business day. International orders and domestic orders placed during the holidays may take an additional 2-3 days to process. Please allow 2-3 weeks for all custom-engraved orders. After your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email with an estimated arrival date and tracking number so you can track your package. We will also send you an email after we receive confirmation that your package has been delivered.
ORDER DELIVERY TIMES
After an order ships from our warehouse, the following delivery times for domestic orders are generally true: Standard ground shipments generally arrive within 3-5 business days, second day shipments generally arrive within 2 business days, and next day shipments generally arrive on the next business day. International shipments typically take an additional 10-12 days to arrive. Please note these are estimates provided to us by our shipping carriers, and that shipping delays can and often do occur. Our company cannot control and cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive within a certain time frame.
WAREHOUSE CLOSURE DAYS
Our New Lenox, IL warehouse is closed during weekends and in observance of the following national holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day-After-Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Orders placed during these days will ship on the next business day.

After your order ships, we will send you an email with an estimated arrival date and tracking number so you can track your package. We will also send you an email after we receive confirmation that your package has been delivered.
